Your future franchisees need to feel why your brand is different. Strong stories help them understand your culture, your people, and your value before the first call.
By filming real franchise owners across multiple brands, Neighborly created a storytelling foundation designed to reflect the culture, connection, and shared vision that bring its franchise family together.
This video features franchise owners from across the Neighborly network sharing their experiences, perspectives, and connections formed during the Reunion.
Neighborly partnered with FranchiseFilming during its annual Reunion to capture franchisee stories across its family of brands. The Reunion brings together franchise owners, brand leadership, and partners for several days of learning, collaboration, and connection.
Rather than focusing solely on presentations or programming, the goal was to highlight the people behind the brands. By capturing franchisee interviews throughout the event, Neighborly created video content designed to reflect the real experiences, relationships, and sense of belonging that define the organization.
This project was designed to support culture-building, franchise development, and internal storytelling by showcasing what it feels like to be part of the Neighborly system.
Neighborly’s strength lies in its people. The organization brings together franchise owners across different brands, backgrounds, and markets, all connected by shared values and support systems.
However, that sense of unity and culture is difficult to communicate through written content or recap emails alone.
As the organization continues to grow, several challenges emerge:
Without video, much of what makes the Reunion meaningful exists only for those in the room.
Neighborly used strategic video storytelling to preserve and extend the impact of the Reunion.
By filming franchise owners across multiple days, brands, and programming formats, Neighborly built a library of stories designed to reflect the scale, diversity, and shared values of the organization. These videos are intended to support franchise development, internal communications, and brand storytelling by showing the human side of the system.
Rather than documenting the event, the focus was on capturing authentic moments of connection, inspiration, and belonging.
