We know franchising — the sales cycles, the grand openings, the trust every new location has to earn on its own. We turn that knowledge into video: real stories, filmed on location, for the brand at the top and for every franchisee who makes up the network.

Most video companies can shoot a clean interview. Almost none of them understand franchising.
We do.
We've spent years learning what a 65-day sales cycle actually means, what a candidate needs to see before they sign, and what a customer needs to feel before they trust a brand-new location.
That expertise is the difference between a video that just exists and a story that actually moves someone — toward a sale, an award, a vote of confidence in a town that's never heard of you yet.
Our mission is to tell the stories that move a franchise system forward — at the corporate level, where growth depends on a consistent brand story told well, and at the level of every individual franchisee whose own story is what actually earns local trust.
No AI. No stock footage. No shortcuts dressed up as innovation.
Just expert storytellers who've made it their work to understand this industry better than anyone else filming it.
FranchiseFilming was founded by Trevor Rappleye in 2019, after he noticed the same three problems showing up again and again in franchise systems.
1. Brands got so overwhelmed by the backlog of video they needed that they'd make one leadership video, let it sit for three years, and call it done.
2. Real storytelling kept getting cut short — schedules fell apart, leadership couldn't make it, and what got filmed was a talking head instead of an actual story.
3. And the executives trying to manage all of it ended up doing the scheduling themselves, on top of everything else already on their plate.
Trevor built FranchiseFilming to fix all three. A team with deep franchise fluency — people who understand a 65-day sales cycle, an FDD, the difference between a recruiting video and a training video — and a rule that still holds today: if someone tells us what matters to them, we don't just quote it. We film it.
You tell us what you need. We handle everything else.
Scheduling, pre-shoot prep, travel, filming, editing, delivery — every piece of getting a real story on camera, handled by us, not your team. The first finished video lands in 10 days for most projects across the continental US.
“The content that you produced for us consistently rates above anything else we put out there. The video content, the view-throughs — all of it performs very, very well for us. All the stories that we told… we get 99%++ view-through when we run that step on Meta. They literally say, wow. Everybody watches it.”
“The typical franchise sales cycle is around 120 days. By streamlining our process and integrating video messaging, we’ve shrunk that down to an average of 72 days. I can directly point to video having an immediate impact on that metric.”
“We’ve been so excited to work with FranchiseFilming. We’ve been very pleased with the whole process — it went so well onsite, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend FranchiseFilming to other franchisors. It’s been a seamless process.”
One process, every service, zero guesswork or coordination headaches on your end
Give us your schedule, and we build the plan around it. Every person we film gets a call with our team first — so the camera crew is never a stranger on the day we show up.
No green screens, no Zoom, no stock footage. A three-person crew travels to you and handles the entire day — from setup to the last shot — so your team and franchisees just show up and be themselves.
Finished videos land in your inbox in 10 days — while the moment's still fresh enough to matter. No waiting months for footage from an event that's already old news.
Tell us what your brand has coming up and we'll show you how we'd film it.
